How are we dealing with Covid-19

As a team we are taking time to take extra care of ourselves, our loved ones and our families. We are hustling hard -remotely- to ensure that business goes on as "normally" as possible. We are still designing new and exciting collections for you! We are here for you.

We are living in uncertain and unprecedented times. We would like to assure you making sure our warehouse is a safe environment for all that enter. 

1.) What measures are you taking to safely pack and ship orders?

All shipping staff must be masked and gloved while fulfilling orders of any kind (wholesale and/or online orders purchased directly from www.velvetfawn.com)

2.) What measures have you taken to create a safe warehouse environment?
Our warehouse is closed to the public at all times. You can not shop at our warehouse. We have installed hand sanitizer stations and supplied our staff with gloves and mask for packing. We only allow 1 to 2 staff members in the warehouse at any time and they must be masked and gloved at all times.

3.) Will packages have a delay due to Covid-19?
We have always prided ourselves on getting packages to our customers in a timely manner. Prior to the outbreak we would fulfill order 4 times weekly. Since we have strived to keep our employees safe and well, we have cut back our fulfilling days to once weekly on Friday. Orders that are in stock and ready to ship will be fulfilled and shipped out via USPS by 4pm CST.
***If you purchased an item that was a presale (Gameday, Great Outdoors Collection, Mardi Gras, Holiday and Bibs) your order will ship in the timeframe listed on the product page. In the event that there are further delays due to COVID-19, we will notify you immediately. (We won't leave you hanging, we promise).

4.) Has it impacted your production?
Yes. Earlier this year, we experienced production delays on our items that are restocking on 5/6/20. Thankfully we had already received our entire Spring/Summer collections prior to the outbreak. We are happy to report that all of our manufacturing partners are back at work and production has resumed.

For items that were part of our pre order (ordering dates of 4/13-4/16) delivery dates are listed on our website. Again, in the event there are further delays due to Covid-19, we will notify you immediately.

5.) Where are your garments shipped from?
We ship our garments out of our warehouse located in Covington, Louisiana.
