Shipping & Fulfillment: Takes place from our warehouse located in Mandeville, Louisiana. All in stock items have a current fulfillment time of 1-4 business days. Please note that during new release drops, sales and holiday fulfillment time will be longer.
This does not include transit time by the shipping carrier. UPS is not a form of faster fulfillment time.

I highly do not recommend this surprise bag. The styles were a weird aloha/cowgirl/sequin that is very different than anything else featured on the site. Consisted of items that would have been fairly cheap to begin with (i.e. underwear and t-shirt blanks). Couldn’t even resell this stuff on the resale pages at a loss. Others in the resale pages had similarly poor experiences with this specific surprise bag and shared their frustrations. Love a good surprise bag, but this one was truly awful.

As a note in the product description surprise bags are just that - a surprise - and are made up of previous pieces from previous seasons at a significant discount. The bags you received contained Spring/Summer items, all first-quality pieces, curated to meed the advertised value range.

We understand surprise bags won't always align with every personal style preference - that's part of the risk (and fun). However, it would be unfair to suggest that the contents were cheap or off-brand when they were exactly as described.
